This is SRC’s 9th weekly meeting that took place on 7th of March 2024 at 6:45 PM located at SRC Office. The agendas included discussion regarding post-mortem of #KITAUNITEN CLub FIesta 1.0, safety and accomodations, Ultras UNITEN and update on teaching and learning during the month of Ramadan.

1. CLUB FIESTA 1.0 POSTMORTEM
- The President conducted a post-mortem of Club Fiesta 1.0, highlighting areas for improvement in future events.
- Inquired about the event’s profitability.
- Suggestions were made by the President to enhance profits in upcoming events.
2. SAFETY AND ACCOMMODATIONS
- The President emphasized SRC’s responsibility for safety, precautions, and welfare within UNITEN.
- Proposed the creation of safety awareness posters.
- Assigned the Treasurer to oversee safety measures for Residensi Amanah and Cendekiawan.
3. ULTRAS
- Secretary addressed issues encountered during TNB MHL Hockey League finals.
- Emphasized the need for careful event planning in the future.
4. UPDATE ON LEARNING AND TEACHING DURING THE MONTH OF RAMADAN 2024
- President announced that classes will adopt a hybrid format a week before Ramadan.
- No assessments will be conducted during Ramadan.
