Dear Students,
We would like to inform you that due to the installation of smoke detectors in all accommodation rooms, it is no longer allowed to store any items in your room. We kindly request that you remove all personal belongings from your accommodation room immediately. This includes any furniture, electronics, bedding, and any other personal belongings.
The last check-out date is on May 31, 2023. We ask that you return your room key and vacate your unit by this date. It is not allowed to leave any belongings in your room for future rentals, except for students who have obtained permission to do so. Students from Sabah, Sarawak, and international students who are unable to return home must inform us and fill in an extension form at the accommodation office.
Failure to return the key by the deadline will result in a penalty fee. We kindly remind you to ensure that your room is left in a clean and tidy condition.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety and well-being of all students residing in our accommodation facilities. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this announcement, please do not hesitate to contact your accommodation officer.
