PAK NIL ‘WOWS’ UNITENWOW

 

PUTRAJAYA, JUNE 1^ST  – Datuk Aznil Haji Nawawi, also known as ‘Pak Nil’ redefined the meaning of ‘WOW’ by attracting more than 1200 crowds during his talk in Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) today.

The talk entitled “Serlahkan kuasa WOW dalam dirimu” (Bring out the WOW factor in you) was held during UNITENWOW 3.0,

an event aimed to expose the new students whom had just enrolled to UNITEN last week to the clubs and societies in UNITEN and other co-curricular activities in the National Energy University.

During an interview done at the event, Pak Nil who is famous for his countless number of TV shows said that it is important for students to join the activities done by the clubs and societies in university.

“Nowadays we (the job market) are looking for students who do not only excel in academics but also in co-curricular activities, for only then they can develop their inner skills that can be vital in the working life” said Datuk Aznil.

The statement is supported by the Vice Chancellor of UNITEN, Prof Ir. Dr. Kamal Nasharuddin Mustapha who was also there during the talk, saying there must be ‘harmony’ in students’ involvement in co-curricular activities and studies.

UNITENWOW 3.0, the third of its series, has also attracted many local vendors and local celebrities to perform and discuss many issues, mainly on social media to empower youth on its upbringing.
