IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PARKING REGULATIONS WITHIN ACCOMMODATIONS

The Students’ Representative Council would like to announce that starting from the upcoming semester, there will be new parking rules in place for within Residencies. It’s crucial that you pay attention to these changes and follow the updated guidelines to avoid any inconveniences.

Under the new regulations, students who have applied for parking within the Residency will no longer have allocated parking lots. Instead, they will be free to choose from any parking spaces available. Please note that Staff, Fellow, and Visitor parking lots are strictly off-limits to students. This measure has been put in place to ensure fairness and optimize parking availability for all residents. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in immediate action being taken, including the cancellation of access to the Residency.

Students will no longer need to have specialised cards but will instead be able to use their student IDs to access parking. To register your ID card at UCC (University Customer Centre), you are required to email your request to rizalman@uniten.edu.my Please ensure that you include all the necessary details in your email.

We kindly request your full cooperation in adhering to the new parking regulations. By doing so, we can maintain a well-organized and efficient parking system that benefits all residents. Let’s work together to create a safe and pleasant living environment within the Residency.

Should you encounter any difficulties with the parking barrier system or experience any issues accessing the parking area with your Student ID Card, we kindly urge you to visit Counter 3 at UNITEN Customer Centre (UCC) for prompt assistance. Our dedicated staff will be available to provide guidance and address any concerns you may have.
